My left arm is crippled since early 2010 but it does wonders for rotation and elevation. I do this everywhere now but at first I was shy for many people stared at the street theater or possible dementia they thought they perceived. After returning from my walk with Juno I lie on my back and roll on two tennis balls tightly held together for 30 minutes. Sit on a support in the car and walk with your chin up and shoulders slightly back and loose and do this while walking which keeps me from loading my knees and stumbling. Don't sit all the time when you write. I have a box I place my keyboard on so I can stand to type 50% of the time.Eat fresh chard with lemons and feta. Get in the sauna and drink water with cucumbers and limes in it while doing this.CHI SPHEREhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07278628028066177635noreply@blogger.com
