BENIGHTED AIRLINES

Off to NYC in a few minutes. I'm getting ready for a dust-up with United Airlines at the airport.  I reserved adjacent bulkhead seats for us two months ago and their computers have shifted Ellie and me to two separate seats, both neither aisle nor window but stuck between two neighbors.  Wisdom out the window!  I got irate with the UA telephone agent yesterday.  Then I lay sleepless for what seemed like hours and rehearsed my anger with the customer service representative at the airport.  Looking for equanimity...  Breathing... Telling myself worse things have happened.  Not believing me.  More to follow...
