How profound
a pleasure, simply

to watch the breath
course through

the body, core
to extremities;

to watch how
it oxygenates

each individual
living cell, top

of the head
to the toes, and

fingertip
to fingertip

through and through.
And how equally

profound to watch
it dissipate, slowly,

cell by cell, leaving
such restfulness

in its wake, leaving,
too, such healing,

in each individual
cell.  So profound

a pleasure, such
a great reward...
